SHRAMIKA is an innovative initiative of young development professionals to advance and sustain agriculture and fulfill the gap between demand and supply of manpower in various sectors. By experiencing and seeing current burning issues in surrounding agriculture sector SHRAMIKA being initiated. Especially agri-sector of southern part of the state is highly prone to lack of farm-workers, migration of farm families, lack of agriculture research and development and many more. Importantly agriculture sector is become orphaned.
