SHREE BHEEMESHWARI GREEN PEAS LLP is an agri-processing startup engaged in procurement, processing, grading, preservation, packaging and marketing of green peas and allied agricultural produce. The enterprise aims to address major challenges in the conventional pea supply chain, such as high post-harvest losses, seasonal availability, inconsistent grading, fragmented procurement and limited value addition. The startup proposes to create an integrated farm-to-market model by combining organised farmer sourcing with modern processing, quality control, preservation, packaging, storage and distribution systems. This enables better utilisation of perishable produce, improved shelf life, consistent product quality and dependable supply to institutional buyers, food processors, distributors, retailers and other markets. The business is scalable through expansion of processing capacity, farmer procurement networks, geographical markets and development of value-added pea and vegetable products. The venture is expected to contribute towards reduction of agricultural wastage, enhancement of farmer realisation, employment generation and development of an efficient food-processing value chain.
