bout Swasti Foundation (Shree Swasti Bagade & Bagade Foundation) Swasti Foundation (Shree Swasti Bagade & Bagade Foundation) is actively working towards building a sustainable rural ecosystem by integrating forest-based livelihoods, traditional art promotion, and youth empowerment. We are currently focused on establishing forest produce collection centers and processing units, enabling tribal communities to generate better income through value addition and organized supply chains. Our work ensures that local resources are utilized efficiently while maximizing economic benefits for the communities. In addition, we are promoting tribal handicrafts such as Dokra Art and Bastar Art at both national and international levels. Our objective is to bring these traditional art forms to global markets, ensuring recognition, fair value, and sustainable livelihoods for artisans. To support market access and scalability, we are also developing a dedicated e-commerce platform, which will serve as a direct bridge between tribal producers/artisans and buyers across India and globally. Alongside this, we are deeply committed to rural youth skill development and employment generation, where we train and connect youth with livelihood and entrepreneurial opportunities. Recently, we have further strengthened our efforts by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Sukma District Authorities, Chhattisgarh, to implement structured youth employment initiatives in the region. Our vision is to create a replicable and scalable ecosystem where forest resources, traditional skills, and youth potential come together to build sustainable income, entrepreneurship, and dignified livelihoods.
