E-COMMERCE BUSINESS AND WASTE MANAGEMENT BUSINESS IDEA- The basic idea is to provide logistics for both the FMCG market and Waste management industry. The entire process is not less than a magic. Firstly, if you have household scarp sitting idle in your living room and is taking too much of your space then you can simple book a pickup appointment from us and then our team will come to the respective house, will weigh the scrap and will credit the amount in your RUGRAAGI’S wallet; which is our APPLICATION, then from that money you can either get a discount of that amount on your purchase of grocery, fruits and vegetables or you can buy it for free from our application. VALUE PROPOSITION OF THE BUSINESS- Our start up idea is named "Rugraagi", Rug means waste, and Raagi means ration. In our model, we would be collecting dry waste from households as well as restaurants, for which they would earn money in their e-wallet, which they can redeem by purchasing grocery items from either our app/website/stores registered with us. In this way, we are providing a value added service for customer to Purchase grocery and to sell waste.
