1.To promote, support, encourage, facilitate, propagate, stimulate, assist and access the development of various coconut produce including but not limited to provide training and guidance for various coconut products processing, both in domestic and international markets. No object of the company shall be carried out without the permission of the competent authority whatsoever and no object of the company shall be carried out on commercial basis. 2. To facilitate, support setting up wholesale and retail outlets, distributors network, for the sale of farmers products and also to make the products available on mail services in all established business networks, business centers, to enable the consumers to reap the benefits of enjoying the products directly at their homes. 3.To facilitate establishing and promoting Common Facility Centre under which all the Small Scale Industrialists and small farmers who are indulge in cultivating, processing and trading in coconut and coconut products will get help of advance technology at low cost and they will have access to good quality marketing techniques so as to enable them to enhance their capacity and improve their quality of production and processing of coconut products. 4. To provide services as plantation consultants, plantation experts, technical advisers in agriculture, farming, gardening, seeds growing, scientific farming, gardening, intensive and extensive and extensive cultivation, large scale farming and as experts in agriculture, horticulture, sericulture, botanical gardening and give expertise and advice to enhance the profitability of company. 5. To facilitate, encourage make, counsel, assist, protect and promote the interest of agroindustries and its connected activities by providing technical, managerial and financial assistance for the timely fulfillment of their work and to enable them to develop and improve the existing methods of manufacture, management and marketing and modern technique of production. 6. To facilitate farming, cultivating, and development of agriculture land by leasing or purchasing the same and developing farm land, plots, and farm houses and to provide assistance in setting up agro based industries to produce agricultural and organic products thereof. 7. To make available facility to erect, acquire, maintain, and otherwise run, bottling plants, processing plants, freezing plants, cold storage depots, and purchase, acquire on lease or otherwise, plant and machinery, equipments, tools, utensils, and apparatuses as may be required. 8. To facilitate establishment and maintenance of agencies, branches, warehouses, depots, shops, establishments, offices or appoint representatives, agents, commission agents, canvassers, selling and buying agents in India or abroad for sale, purchase, exchange, hire distribution or for any one or more of the objects of the Company and to regulate and discontinue the same. 9. To enter into contracts, agreements and arrangements with any other person, firm, company or body corporate for the carrying out by such other person, firm, company or body corporate, on behalf of the company of any of the objects for which the Company is formed. 10. To negotiate and enter into agreements with Indian or foreign bodies for technical assistance, technical know-how and collaboration in setting up of any of the activities of the company and allied works related to the main object of company. 11. To facilitate for acquiring and undertaking the whole or any part of the business, property and liabilities of any person, firm or any Company conducting business which the Company is authorized to conduct or possessed of property suitable for the business of the Company. 12. To employ or otherwise appoint, hire technical experts, engineers, mechanics, foremen, skilled, semi skilled and unskilled labour for any of the purposes of the Company and to remunerate them . 13. To facilitate acquiring from any person, firm or body corporate or any Government or semi Government corporation whether in India or abroad, technical information, know-how, patents, designs, trademarks, processes, plans, layout and blue-prints useful for the fulfillment of the object of the Company. 14. To facilitate entering into negotiation, collaboration, technical or otherwise with any persons, firm, company, body corporate, institutions or Government for obtaining by grant license or on other terms, formulae and to obtain technical information, know-how and expert advice in field of the company for betterment of the society. 15. To take or otherwise acquire and to hold shares, debentures or other securities of any other Company having similar objects for the betterment of the society. 16. To aid, pecuniary or otherwise, any association, body or movement having for an object the solution, settlement or surmounting of industrial or labor problems or troubles of the promotion of industry or trade
