Our unit, located in Karkee Gaon, Muktainagar, will specialize in the manufacturing of 100% pure raw banana powder and the eco-friendly extraction of banana fibre—a sustainable waste-to-wealth model. Pure Raw Banana Powder We will produce finely milled, chemical-free, 100% natural banana powder made from unripe, green bananas. Our powder is: Gluten-free and starch-rich – ideal for people with gluten intolerance Rich in dietary fibre, potassium, and resistant starch – supports digestion and weight management Naturally low in sugar – perfect for diabetic-friendly and baby food applications Non-GMO, preservative-free, and hygienically processed Widely used in functional foods, baby nutrition, smoothies, bakery, health supplements, and Ayurvedic formulations 2. Banana Fibre Extraction Our process also extracts strong, biodegradable fibre from banana stems—an underutilized agricultural residue.
