In their own words
We manufacture gear pumps for B2B applications and export them to the USA. Recently, we have started manufacturing a range of submersible dewatering pumps and have begun marketing them in the Indian market. Additionally, we have developed an extended range of gear pumps, bore-well submersible pumps, air compressors, cutter sewage pumps, and cast iron sewage pumps for the Indian and Asian markets. We aim to expand our pump business in India and international markets, both in developed and developing countries, by introducing new models and building a new marketing team. Innovation: We have integrated a steel foundry with our pump manufacturing processes. To enhance our production, we imported a special vacuum furnace from Germany, allowing us to convert thin wall sheet metal impellers (as thin as 1 mm) into fully integrated castings without welding. Although the sample process was successfully completed, the production cost is higher compared to sheet metal components. This casting process can effectively prevent failures caused by welding in sheet metal. Additionally, this technology has the potential to be used in manufacturing medical implants. Further market research is required to explore practical applications for this new technology.
