Our Company is a Section 8 Company registered under Companies Act, 2013 for carrying on Social and Charitable Work. Company will carry on following activities 1. To carry out all kinds of social, charitable, cultural, humanitarian, relief and development activities for the benefit of society at large including women empowerment, child welfare, senior citizens’ welfare, rural and urban development, livelihood enhancement, awareness campaigns, and promotion of social justice and inclusive growth. To promote, organise, support and facilitate group marriages, especially for economically weaker sections, including providing financial assistance, food, clothing, shelter without discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, gender or religion. 2. To promote, establish, run, maintain, support and assist schools, colleges, universities, coaching centres, vocational training institutes, skill development centres, research institutions, libraries, hostels, and other educational institutions for imparting education, training, knowledge, and awareness in academic, technical, professional, cultural, moral, and social fields, including education for underprivileged and weaker sections of society, without any profit motive. 3. To promote, encourage, organize, develop and support sports, games, yoga, physical fitness, traditional and modern sports activities at local, national and international levels, including establishment and maintenance of sports academies, training centres.
