We (Shripati Farmer's Producer Company Limited) have been incorporated with the main purpose of helping out to Indian Agriculturists and therefore we reached out to thousands of active farmers across Maharashtra to Promote and Practice Indoor Vertical farming and to analyse their problems that they are facing with their current traditional method of framing. As the traditional methods of farming involves labour cost, huge space and high use of Water leading to high overall expenses. Our Mission to provide all kinds of Technical Support, Marketing Support, Trainings, Awareness Programmes, Agricultural Input and Output and to come up with more support to our farmers for chemical-free, with available resources ,minimal use of water and cut on Labour cost. Our Vision to reduce harvest times and improve volume without compromising on flavour or quality and by using space optimally So to solve this problem, we then set up an area wise mobile laboratory and captured all the necessary readings to work positively on their problems. After a lot of research and efforts taken up by our professional team, we (Shripati Farmer's Producer Company Limited) then created a main component of the vertical farm as multi-tiered shelving system which includes: • precast metal shelving (metal structures) • pallets; • phyto-light system (with electrical wires, junction boxes and power supplies) • Nutrient solution circulation system (with plastic pipes, fittings, pumps, tanks, etc.) • Fasteners and other auxiliary elements. Now we give a brief details:- 1) precast metal shelving (metal structures):- Shelving modules (with the height from 2 to 7 meters) can be single or double, passages for maintenance personnel are provided between them. LED phytolamps, electrical wiring, junction boxes and power supplies, pipes for nutrient solution circulation are mounted on the racks, and pallets are installed. A pressure tank is installed on the upper tier, from where the nutrient solution comes: through a system of special tubes, it spreads from top to bottom along the pallets of the entire module. 2) phyto-light system:- The phytolamp is a special light source that can trigger the process of photosynthesis in plants. It is capable of emitting a spectrum of light to which plants are accustomed, receiving it in a natural environment. Seed Drill:- 3) nutrient solution circulation system:- The nutrient solution preparation system mixes the mother liquor with water in the required proportion and delivers the finished nutrition to the Circulation system. The composition of the solution varies depending on the crops grown. It contains macronutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulfur, iron) and microelements (boron, manganese, zinc, copper, molybdenum, etc.) necessary for the full growth of the plant.. 4) fasteners :- hackle bolts ,Spacers ,Spline Shafts ,U-Bolts ,12 pt bolts ,Plow bolts , Carriage bolts ,Locknuts (all metal/nylon insert) ,Wheel Bolts ,Custom pins. Several steps were made in Supporting and encouraging Farmers in above implements to offer robustness and to produce more yield with the help of such farming technique, making our products a much better and improvised versions than those products already existing in the market.
