We have established this startup for developing Automation systems for Cylinders gas filling industry where currently when filled Gas cylinders tuck goes out of plant manual counting of cylinders is done in each truck which is a tedious process and lot of chances of error or any malicious intention, this software will remove all manual intervention and based on sensors will count the number of cylinders and display result. Across India there are more than 300 cylinders gas filling plants of IOCL, BPCL, HPCL and of few provate players. We wish to deploy this system across all these plants. Currently due to manual counting there is huge huge (as per rough estimates every year lakhs of cylinders) go out of plants which are filled illegally and most of the cylinder blasts are caused by such stolen cylinders causing thousands of deaths. Once this system is implemented in all plants across India thousands of lives can be saved. For implementing in 300 gas filling plants and providing after sales maintainance service and for running, monitoring and compiling data for each setup at least 100 new employment will be generated. As a next step we are exploring another automation system which can totally stop any leakage/theft of LPG gas from gas filling plants.
