Flats chawls, warehouses, godowns, shops, stalls, markets, hotels and restaurants, buildings banquet hall, houses structures, constructors, tenements, roads bridges, land, estate and immovable properties whether free hold or lease- hold of any nature and description wherever situated in which and partly consideration for a gross um or rent partly in one other or any consideration.
