Process of manufacturing shoe upper is purely thread-based manufacture using fully automated computerized machines which are known as “Fully Automated Socks Knitting Machine”. The Process starts with feeding of raw material “Lycra & Elastic “onto the machines. Designing is done on computer for the shoe upper and then feeded to the shoe upper machine through pen drive. The Machine then processes the thread into knitted cloth (based on design feeded). It takes 4 to 4 ½ minutes from thread to knitted cloth process. The Knitted cloth is then tied on “Farma” of different sizes and tightened with “White Wire Locks” The next process takes it to “Rosso Machine” for sewing of front portion of shoe upper & socks which is tightened on farma of different sizes at previous stage. Once sewing is done on the “Rosso Machine” it then moves to heating machine which uses steam for hardening of the shoe upper. It is kept for 60 to 120 seconds to harden the stuff and then cooled down using high power exhausts. There is wastage of 15-20 % from starting to end. The whole process is thus computerized and product is predominately manufactured using the latest technology.
