Shyana Raj Energy Private Limited is diversifying its business operations into the manufacturing sector with the establishment of a modern wire nail manufacturing unit. This proposed unit will focus on the production of high-quality wire nails used in the construction, furniture, and hardware industries. The project aims to meet the increasing market demand for durable and standardized fastening products. The manufacturing process will begin with the procurement of high-grade Low Carbon (L.C.) steel wire coils from reliable suppliers. These wire coils will be processed through automated nail-making machines that cut and shape the wire into nails of various sizes and specifications. After shaping, the nails will undergo polishing and finishing in rotating barrels using sawdust to ensure a clean, smooth, and rust-free surface. Strict quality control measures will be implemented at every stage of production to ensure uniform length, proper head formation, and consistent strength of the nails. The manufacturing unit will be supported by a well-planned infrastructure including production machinery, power supply, and storage facilities. The objective of this project is to establish a strong production base, achieve operational efficiency, and become a dependable supplier of high-grade wire nails in regional and national markets while maintaining competitive pricing and consistent product quality.
