SIA’s is a women owned business entity established on the tenets of developing, promoting, and scaling up green initiatives to lower carbon footprints, include all people equitably in the economic growth, and place a high priority on environmental preservation. We are registered as ‘Micro’ business with Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). Recycling E-Waste protects the environment and public health by reducing pollution and conserving resources. It also boosts the economy by creating jobs and stimulating the recycling industry while reducing landfill waste. We identify, engage, train and motivate women in the E-Waste collection. We intend to build women channel partners and engage them to influence households in their neighborhoods for safe collection or disposal of E-Waste and prevent it from going into landfills. Also, the performance based payouts will be offered to these channel partners by the SIA's and it will provide them with direct or indirect employment.
