We would like to introduce our flagship product Eventus (Tab version). We are a health-tech company, wherein our founders having extensive experience in Health Informatics of more than 15 years and are associated with the NHS UK. and been part of various organisations such as Bureau of Indian Standards, FICCI healthcare committee, Subject Lead and SME in ISO 13606 standard, SNOMED CT Implementation Advisor. We have developed quite an advanced AI-based product named Eventus (both tab and web version) which would help empower the clinicians to seamlessly perform the management of their clinical practice which includes specialized features such as tracking immunization, milestones, dosage calculator (Pediatrics), complete clinical consultation, NGOs can perform data collection, track immunization, disease prevalence etc. The recorded detailed information of a patient is used to perform various kinds of analytics in real time. the product is highly user-friendly and is near type free to collect all the required data points which work both on online and offline mode with automatic syncing when connectivity is established.
