The mission of Silsu Lifecare Private Limited is to simplify the process of establishing mindful routines for individuals who are interested in practising mindfulness by developing a mental health platform that goes further than traditional meditation in its scope. Those individuals who are interested in cultivating a mindfulness practise are going to be the focal point of the software's marketing efforts. The kind of individuals who the programme intends to attract as members of its intended audience are those who have an interest in the development of more mindful practises. In light of the frenetic pace of life in the city, we are of the belief that incorporating even just a few minutes of self-care into one's daily routine has the potential to assist one in de-stressing and re-establishing a connection with who they are as a person. We too subscribe to this point of view.
