Large number of people borrow money from non-financial institutions (FRIENDS, FAMILIES, local lenders). There is no application in the world that will give you defaulter lists for the day-to-day borrowings outside banks. Most fintech companies, banks depend on cibil score for users trustworthiness, but its completely wrong because its based on borrowing from financial institutions only. Most borrowings happen outside banks And cibil doesn’t count them. Credit cards alone doesn’t give you trusted users (because most people borrow money and pay their credit card bills and Most of the time they don’t give back). Simple compound helps in easing day to day financial transactions (borrowings, buying products etc) and helps businesses man to get trusted customers.
