The product "Q-Hawk" developed by SINNONTEQ has been supporting SMEs(in manufacturing and distribution segment) to get top to bottom visibility of their supply chain and helped them to automate and collaborate with all their internal and external business functions. The above mentioned industries were following manually driven processes where such processes were highly time consuming and cost intensive. The interactions among same organizational units, external business organizations, customers, suppliers, staffs etc were incurring lot of time and data loss. We innovated the manual/email/paper driven existing processes and provided them facilities to collaborate efficiently, with real-time processes and communications, less operational over head. We did not replace their existing IT system, rather complimented it. Hence Q-Hawk became an affordable and risk free migration towards automation and sustainable business solutions to the industry. The best use case of Q-Hawk is the implementation of product in a food products manufacturing and distribution company where they had manufacturing units and depots in different places. E-commerce, marketing executives, branches acted as their primary sale points. They had distributors, franchisees, dealers and super stockists across India which became secondary sale points. We helped them to collaborate all these organizational units to become single functional units to market & sale the products to end user. They gained higher visibility and transparency in their supply chain hence better profitability. The product has been commercialized and started earning revenue. Currently the firm is scaling up its customer base to other parts of India and abroad.
