We provide specialised ERP solution addressing the Retail / Wholesale / Manufacturing of Jewellery Industry. Our solution is smarter, faster and simple to use by the operations staff or the management team. We offer highly secured solution in either client server or cloud based. Our solution offers complete tracking of Inventory / Items from Procurement to Sale. We offer integration with 3rd party accounts software and gst portal integration. Our solution is configurable as per the client needs. We have done the complete hand holding while onboarding the client, by transferring the knowledge and training the client. Upon going live, we move the client for further to our support / call centre. Client can get in touch with our support centre by calling our call centre for any support related issues. We offer our solutions in two flavours. One is desktop version which helps the Jewellery operations team to quickly manage the unique billing requirements of their clients. Second is the web based the back-end operations viz., master creations and rate calculations of purchase and sales billing. Web version also offers complete insite of their operations to the business owners.
