Sisira Elements Private Limited has developed the Sisira Living Fridge — a wholly original, zero-electricity natural food preservation product with no equivalent in global prior art. The product creates and maintains a naturally high-humidity internal environment that closely mirrors the natural growing conditions of fruits and vegetables, thereby preserving their vitamins, antioxidants, natural pigments, and cell turgidity at near-harvest levels — delivering nutrition as nature intended. Unlike conventional electric refrigerators that destroy these vital nutritional components through dry-cold storage, this product keeps food biologically alive and genuinely fresh. For rural and low-income farming communities, it provides an affordable, zero-electricity means to store perishable vegetables, leafy greens, and tropical fruits — significantly reducing massive post-harvest losses at the farm level before produce reaches the market. The product is entirely hand-manufactured using traditional terracotta clay pottery, generating rural employment for kumbhar artisans, rural women, and rural communities. It produces zero chemical pollution and consumes zero electricity.
