Srjana is an alternate ethnic wear brand by Skaasa clothing & export house pvt. ltd. with its roots in Noida, India which was conceptualised by Kanishka Prakash, a fashion visionary with a deference for Indian crafts. Srjana, meaning ‘creation’ in Sanskrit, started with the belief that well designed clothes created by skilled artisans from all over India practicing myriad craft forms on pure fabrics can bring a sense of individualism and a connection with the rich diverse ethnicities of India. Our clothing from end to end is sprinkled with utmost care and precision, which helps us derive a lasting impact on people. Srjana thrives on the philosophy of 3 M’s Meraki/Minerva/Mudita. Minerva - A beautiful woman who is wise beyond her years, Meraki - To do something with pure soul, passion and love, Meraki - To do something with pure soul, passion and love. On the whole as one unit under this mindful adventure, Srjana at heart was born through the minds of someone who believes that luxury lies in the simplest yet intricate methods. Carrying that thought forward we built Srjana as a dome for the upcoming generations who feel that they need a new and unique space to define themselves. We have tried to define luxury through very muted columns of detailed hand and machine work. Rarely do we find a piece that carries the aspects of different elements of hand & machine and still come out to be fresh and lively in its presence. With all the upcoming collections that Srjana has to offer, India is our sole source of inspiration and the only place where our roots hold on to. For Srjana, India is not only its birthplace but also all its means of living, It is a timeless script that keeps on inspiring and guiding us as a brand. Srjana supports a B2B & B2C type of business model. Under the B2B scale, Srjana is in talks with & plans on dealing with retail stores through their offline & online platforms like Jaypore, Ogaan, Ensemble etc. Under the B2C scale, Srjana plans on taking direct orders through their namesake website, social media platforms & the monthly emerging exhibitions & pop-ups.
