There is no dearth of Talent or Employment opportunity in our country but where we lack is providing the RIGHT awareness to our Youth. Too much focus on Technical Skills is leading us nowhere. The recent study in job market clearly highlights "Domain Knowledge" as one of the pre-requisite that enhances the Employability quotient. And we at Skillhub are focused on developing the RIGHT skills. We do not just focus on Technical skills as the other programs that are available in the market does. We aim to connect talent with the employer and bridge the gap further by nurturing & developing the necessary skills. We are adapting NSDC curriculum and connecting with the employers for demand generation and also make the youth aware of the requirement to make them interested. This is being done on a self-sustainable model where we do not rely on government funds to run our programs. This model has a noticeable Improvement over the other Skill programs currently available in the market. We have developed a strong monitoring & support mechanism to make it sustainable for the training partners. Our motto remain PREPARE not REPAIR. We do not want to create skills and then try fitting them to different opportunities available. We believe in developing skills that the job demands. We are looking to expand in multiple cities across all states
