Skillshala is the medium that gives the skills, techniques, information and knowledge to know, understand and respect the duties we have towards our society, families and the nation. A considerable number of individuals going through the varying levels of education, i.e, primary, secondary and higher education often tend to become detached from their studies and find it difficult to pinpoint their interests to further assess which fields suit their interests. Consequently, this results in the high dropout rates experienced in India. In this respect, we can play a major role in aiding students in a variety of choices, namely opting for a stream/specialisation, job-related decisions and even emotional and financial support. One of the benefits of our company is that our educational system teaches us how to obtain and develop critical and logical thinking and make independent decisions. When children become adults, they are faced with a lot of challenging issues – pay off your student loans, get a job, buy a car and a house, provide for your family, etc. However, if one has spent years educating themselves, they should be able to make sound decisions on these various quandaries. Our Company helps in Digital education which connect people and organizations around the world. Borders are no longer there. Being able to communicate and share opinions with people from other countries and cultures, widens horizons and helps us understand and appreciate each other. Skillshala is a platform that connects students to professionals, mentors and peers through industry specific sessions and learnings. Our goal is to provide students with the necessary information, guidance and exposure to help them take their career decisions in the right direction. We offer industry sessions based on future skills, soft skills and placement assistance. We aggressively focus on working with teachers and management to help children find their true calling by providing them with the right skills and access. We believe in helping them build not just careers but lives that they love. We are an initiative for the future of students, providing them with skills and sessions that will help them in their future careers. We were able to achieve a little success of 1000 students so far and we look forward to increasing the overall working by deploying trainers in all major cities of rajasthan, to start with.
