In their own words
SkipQ, which aims to revolutionize the way food vendors operate within campuses and offices. Our focus is on providing pre-ordering services for customers, streamlining the process, and reducing the chaos that typically ensues during fixed lunch breaks. At first glance, SkipQ might seem similar to services like Zomato in India or UberEats globally. However, the unique environment of campuses and offices presents challenges that these larger companies don't address, as their primary focus is on delivery. In contrast, the typical student or office worker has a limited window of time for lunch, during which canteens and food courts become overcrowded. This results in long queues both for ordering and picking up food, leading to frustration and, in some cases, even skipping meals. With SkipQ, customers can place their orders before even leaving their classes or offices and receive notifications when their food is ready. We're leveraging basic Data Science and Machine Learning techniques to predict order preparation times based on historical data and to identify vendors who can provide the same items quickly. This approach not only saves time but also enhances the overall dining experience. I've done some initial research and concluded that this problem hasn't been fully capitalized on yet. Feedback from students and office workers has confirmed that the current lunch break scenario is often a mess, with long queues and limited time causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. SkipQ is designed to address these pain points, offering a practical solution for both vendors and customers. Beyond the concept, I've also conducted revenue calculations to gauge the potential impact of SkipQ. In a major city or university, I estimate between 2000-5000 daily transactions. With an average order price of around $2 in India and $5 in European or North American nations, and margins ranging from 3-7%, SkipQ could generate an average revenue stream of $60,000 to $150,000 in India and $150,000 to $350,000 in developed nations, assuming 300 days of operation per year per campus or location. This financial model underscores the viability of SkipQ, providing both a practical solution for food vendors and a significant revenue opportunity.

The neighbourhood
This record carries no locality line, so the district is the finest ring we can place it in.
What we do not know
- no CIN on file, so no company-registry record is linked
- no incorporation date
- no funding signal of any kind
- no address beyond the district
We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.
