The company owns and operates SKS, India's first curated marketplace built exclusively for verified homegrown streetwear brands. SKS brings together a hand-vetted selection of India's best independent streetwear labels — capped at a maximum of 150 brands — under a single trusted platform, addressing the discovery and credibility gap that generalist marketplaces have failed to solve for India's fast-growing D2C fashion segment. The company's principal objects include retailing, wholesaling, importing, exporting, and marketing of fashion accessories and apparel; owning and operating e-commerce platforms and mobile applications; brand licensing and franchising; warehousing and fulfilment services for third-party brands; and allied marketing and advertising services. SKNN Fashion Private Limited was founded by Shubham Kumar Singh, Co-Founder of @highonkicks.in and CMO of Nilayaecohomes, an EMBA graduate of IIM Bodh Gaya with a background in growth marketing, brand strategy, and retail operations, alongside co-founder Kumar Jitendra Singhal.
