1. To carry on the business of providing automation and robotics technology related solutions, products, equipment and services; to act as manufacturers, importers, exporters, installers, repairers, dealers, and traders in automation and robotics technology; to carry on the business of customized automated systems installation and to undertake projects for industry automation of production processes, take up automation and robot enabled technology projects to enhance labour efficiency and allow cutting net cost and improving product/service quality for various industries. 2. To undertake projects involving updating and repairing services of the automated process and inculcate new points in assembly line as per Industry requirement. To merchant automation and robotics technology either by innovating and /or manufacturing or obtaining in whatever manner including but not limited to technology transfer arrangements from other governmental and non-governmental entities. 3. To carry on in India and/ or abroad the business of establishing, commissioning, setting up, operating and maintaining automated and robot enabled systems, for third parties in any manner including build, own and transfer (BOT), and/or build, own and operate (BOO) and/or build, own, lease and transfer (BOLT) and/or build, own, operate and transfer (BOOT) basis or otherwise 4. To manage, investigate, plan, promote, develop, design, customize, construct, operate, maintain, renovate, modernize such technology and systems for third parties. To carry on the business of setting up Industry automation of production process for product industries and set up robotics enabled automated process for improved performance and quality of service industries and carry on the business of providing training/consultancy regarding installations/operation/maintenance of all types of such/similar technology to any type of business or industry that involve or wish to inculcate such technologies in their business/ industry at whatever stage it may be. 5. To establish, provide, maintain, conduct, scientific and technical research, experiments, pilot projects and tests of all kinds and to process, improve, innovate, and invent new products, technologies, directly or in collaboration with other agencies in India & abroad to achieve such technology adoption by industries in all sectors be it small scale or large scale industries, to help them adopt such technology in cost-effective affordable manner. To tests and research for developing better quantities and qualities of high capacity automated and robot enabled systems and research techniques and means of improving or providing other high-quality, efficient solutions, services, products in automation and robotics sector.
