Skytree Consulting Engineers(I) Pvt, Ltd. has an exemplary track record of providing an outsourcing platform of engineering consultancy for many developing countries mainly JAPAN, USA, UK & MENA markets.We strongly affirm that our elite Academy will bring ample, continuous, and relevant opportunities for fresh Structural/BIM engineers. Additionally, our academy will be an effective catalyst in the development of modern civilization in the world by reinforcing the budding engineers with live job training. Due to covid we faced a slowdown in tie-ups so far but we are sure that we will get tied up with atleast 4 colleges by end of financial year FY21-22 and enroll about 100-150 students are expected in current financial year. We are improving the online learning program for universities to train their students in the latest technological paradigms, preparing them for Industry 4.0. We aim to train the students in the latest technological advancements to prepare them for Industry 4.0. The founders are passionate advocates of spreading knowledge as a way of empowering individuals in today's competitive job landscape. Our startup prepares college students for specialized and high paying roles after they graduate from college. We are improving the version of training systems available in India.We provide training to get employed.If they miss at their college, We give second chance to the top candidates as Paid internship (Internship with stipend).By this process, we ensure more industry ready engineers can produced.Among the trained students who did not get employed, can take up paid internship program in our company. The internship program will be for 4 hours per day for 6 months duration. The interns will have enough time (as the programs are only half a day) and adequate money (stipend of 8k to 10k per month) for survival in Bangalore which will help them to get placed in any company as soon as possible. Also, we fill our vacancies from the pool of interns. As a next phase, We will get tie up with other companies and HR consultancies to provide employment to the people undergoing internship with us. Through our internship program, we ensure increase in employment of students undertaking our courses.We try to employ our engineers in abroad through our connections which results in generating employments for our youth population. Currently, the colleges do not have a strong synergy with the industry and the curriculum offered by the institution is largely obsolete, making very less percentage of students to prepared to take up jobs in the emerging economy. Our program creates a powerful bridge between the academia and industry, making the curriculum and teaching process relevant to today’s job market requirements. Our training process creates a new wave of 10X performers out of hitherto untapped talent. We are providing access to industry experts through multiple industry talks, workshops and networking sessions to help students kick-start their career. Through hands-on learning sessions, industrial talks, live mentorship, internships and several unique pedagogic techniques we create a holistic learning experience for students, equipping them with the skills needed to succeed in today's competitive job market. Training students to interface with clients, build effective conversations, demonstrate sound professional communication skills and exhibit strong leadership capabilities with a view to inculcate the requisite soft skills needed to effectively navigate through today’s fast paced business environment. Due to business model of e-learning it is a highly scalable business model as it is an ever demand service. Also there is high potential for employment generation from sales, execution and technology point of view. Further employment is also getting generated for teaching partners, institutes and service providers.
