The Company was incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, on 26th December, 2022, having main object as below: To carry on the business as promoters, developers, engineers, contractors and builders for purchasing, constructing, building, erecting or re-erecting, demolishing, reselling, giving, taking, altering, leasing or renting or developing all kinds of civil products including but not limited to pre-cast walls, drainage, chambers, poles, bridges, brick, within or outside the country anywhere for all kinds of works, whether commercial or industrial including residential houses of every type, housing societies, flat schemes, apartments, commercial buildings, offices, factories, warehouses, shops, godowns, farm houses, markets, schools, hotels, motels, theatres, hospitals, recreation centers, entertainment or industrial complexes, markets or to manufacture, precast, develop all kinds of civil extensions or related innovative products useful in industries which expression in this memorandum include all types of contracts entailing Build Operate Transfer (BOT) or Build Operate Lease Transfer (BOLT) of roadways, national highways, bridges, flyovers, railways, tramways, docks, harbours, piers, wharves, canals, channels, serial runways and hangers, airports, reservoirs, embankments, irrigations, reclamation, or develop any product or service to protect land erosion and land sliding, improvements, sewage, sanitary, water, gas, electronic light, power supply works, solar works and products, structural or architectural work and all other works of public or private utility including acquisition of any contracts, concessions, purchase of assets, liabilities, shares of any company, firm, corporation engaged in similar business for or in relation to the construction, execution, carrying out equipment, improvement,administration.
