www.sosho.in India is not a single homogeneous market but an aggregation of many markets, each with its own local taste,customs,traits,peculiarities.Existing online players with Pan India focus have long way to got wrt to localisation. Customer acquisition is a critical & expensive process for every online business, on the other hand every market(city/town) has a large self employed population , each of which serving some local customer for some local need. Riding on this self employed population for customer acquisition is both variable in terms of cost at the same time scalable. Hence we are addressing the Local Needs of the market through local entrepreneurs. This also gives push to local brands & local manufacturing at the same time gives an alternate source of income to local entrepreneurs Customers don't have to search different online portals for different products at the same time get all local items at one place. Right from vegetables to grocery to personal care to snacks to toys to stationary to electricals to tools to even plants to all local brands at one place.
