As of September 2023, more than 5 crore cases were pending across various courts—80,344 in the Supreme Court (78% civil), over 61.7 lakh in High Courts, and more than 4.4 crore in district and subordinate courts. This backlog significantly slows down the justice delivery process, undermining public trust and legal efficiency. Our AI-driven legal advisory and assistant platform aims to modernize legal workflows and democratize access to law. Trained on real legal data including judgments, case files, statutes, and special categories, the system provides intelligent support to three core user groups: judges, lawyers, and citizens. It analyzes and summarizes individual cases, highlights legal arguments, references relevant precedents, and offers simplified explanations of applicable laws. For judges, it reduces decision-making time by surfacing key insights quickly and objectively. For legal professionals, it cuts down on manual research and helps build stronger arguments. For citizens, it provides an easy-to-understand interface to explore their rights, laws, and probable outcomes. Multilingual and jurisdiction-sensitive, the platform brings consistency, transparency, and speed to legal processes. The goal is to enhance judicial accuracy, reduce pendency, and empower all legal stakeholders with AI-driven tools. It is not just a productivity enhancer but a step toward a more transparent and accessible legal system that upholds justice for all.
