With the ongoing digital transformation reshaping every industry, the need for digital literacy and advanced technology skills is more important than ever. To meet this demand, I propose to establish a Skill Development Training Centre based in Manipur, offering short-term, hands-on courses in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and essential IT tools. The training will focus on both offline, in-person sessions in Manipur and online programs to reach learners across Pan India. This initiative aims to empower people from all walks of life—students, working professionals, retired individuals, and more—by equipping them with practical, job-relevant skills using modern digital technologies.
