1. Agriculture consultancy: We follow a holistic approach to crop management. Often farmers are interested in only pest management but we are educating them about other aspects of farming, especially operation of the agriculture machinery like Tractor, sprayer, weeder, Thresher, plant nutrition. Regarding pest and disease management, we consciously focus on building capacities of farmers on growing residue free food and green fodder, even if it is for the domestic market. We are currently providing technical guidance to about 50 Sugarcane farmers, 80 vegetable growing farmers, 100 Green fodder growing farmers. The present focus on Green fodder: Avoidance / reducing pesticides to produce pesticides residue free Green fodder. 2. Agri Implements: We are into marketing of quality agro-inputs. We have gained trust from farmers in a very short period of time. We don’t sell Green fodder units without providing technical knowledge. This is our USP and we don’t have much competition here! 3. Developing SeedPreneurs : We are into contract farming for Hybrid seed Production. We have trained farmers on seed production and managerial skills. We are into HSP for about 10 crops. 4. Linking Farmers to Markets: We have made beginning to link our consulting farmers to markets. There is a huge scope to be expanded, especially for Sugarcane nursery. We are exploring possibilities for Sugarcane growing methods and we see huge potential to connect to niche market and export.
