Spectral Insights is a Digital Pathology Company, based in Whitefield, Bangalore offering end to end solution for customers of Pathology labs by getting them adopt to Digital transformation from traditional microscopy. Vulcan Digital Pathology system is the product developed which includes a whole slide scanner, a complete suite of software for data & user management, telepathology & sharing over cloud, as well as Machine learning algorithm pipelines. It is now in pilot trials with several hospitals and labs who are validating algorithms for Toxicology, Safety and Genotoxic studies in animal models. They have also been developing algorithms for Dermatology and detecting Tumor boundaries, counting Nuclei and Membrane biomarkers in Histopathology slides, as well as a full panel for 5 part WBC differential, RBC morphologies and Platelet counts. We aim to bring a paradigm change with an affordable hardware and a rich suite of analytical tools to make the work of a pathologist very efficient, cut down turnaround times from days to hours and make it possible to remove the need for a tissue sample to travel to the pathologist or vice versa.
