We’re building celebrity taught courses for creative arts (e.g. music, singing, writing, acting, shayari), sports & fitness (e.g. cricket, badminton, running) and other interests (e.g. PUBG, photography). ● Everyone has a passion, an interest or hobby - it’s a major source of happiness and pride in their lives. They care about it intensely and invest time & money pursuing it! ● There is significant demand to go deeper in these areas - either better understand (e.g. going behind the scenes, understanding a successful career journey) or learn the relevant skills ● Lack of learning options - There is no structured and high quality content available. Even offline courses are mostly uncertified and of uncertain quality ● People want to learn from the best and most successful practitioners in these fields ● Such courses are at the intersection of entertainment and learning (the usefulness and potential RoI makes users value the content much more) Initial Product Roadmap: ● We will cater to a broad set of interests (5-10 in year one) & build deep catalogs in 2-4 areas ● Our courses will be celebrity led with byte sized chunks (10-25 mins long, buyable in microtransactions) and high quality production (film like production, structured with regular cliffhangers and moments of delight) ● In addition to the videos, we’ll be building hooks in courses to create repeat usage particularly around deeper interaction (e.g. expert feedback, regular match analyses), community learning (e.g. QnA) and showcasing talent on the platform (e.g. performance uploads and competitions) ● Each major interest (e.g. singing) will have multiple courses around it (multiple celebrities and styles and adjacent areas e.g. songwriting for singing) to create long term engagement (our goal is to have 5M+ learners spending Rs.1000-2000 a year on the platform) 1
