To build, take on lease, purchase, exchange or acquire in any manner or deal in any apartments, flats, rooms, house, offices, factory buildings, warehouses or any other accommodation for any use and to let or dispose of the same in whole or in part on hire purchase or deferred payment or any other basis and/ or to form cooperative society or societies or become member thereof.
