In the day and age where stress is an integral part of our rather busy lifestyle, and where lifestyle related health issues are rampant, exercise plays a vital role in physical and mental wellbeing of everyone. As this fact is being understood and accepted all over India, the importance of Yoga and meditation are being realised. While Yoga was earlier looked at as a holistic, strictly regimented spiritual lifestyle that you undertook and accepted in all its entirety, today Yoga is growing in popularity as an exercise form that benefits health - both mental and physical. We believe that Yoga does not need to be restrictive and that given the current day and age where people lead a busy lifestyle, Yoga helps with the lifestyle even in a limited role. Everyone should have easy access to Yoga learning and Yoga practice. Self-taught yogis are as good as yogis who have learnt in classes; it all depends upon the person and their understanding and attention to detail and form. Yoga is for everyone, even if it is chosen as a form of fitness. Spry is for those people who are either at the start of their yogic journey or are avid Yoga practitioners who consider Yoga a part of their fitness journey. It is our aim to aide the Yoga journey of our community in the best way we can. Hence, Spry is a community more than it is a brand.
