Trackaroo is building a dealership centric B2B SaaS operating system that allows auto dealerships to run multiple OEM workflows on a single, flexible platform, starting with sales, stock, and operations. The problem is that most dealerships today operate with fragmented tools or OEM-centric systems that don’t work well for multi-brand, multi-category dealers, leading to inefficiency and lost sales. We see a large market opportunity as dealerships become the control point for digitizing the vehicle lifecycle, with SaaS as the wedge into consumer and transaction layers over time. We picked this idea after working closely with dealership operators and seeing first-hand how poorly existing systems fit their day-to-day reality, especially outside metro cities.
