The company has been formed with the objective of taking over the ongoing proprietorship concern M/s Satya Construction & Suppliers, which has been operating under the leadership of Smt. Satyawati Prashant, now the majority shareholder in the company. By acquiring the assets, liabilities, and prior work experience of the proprietorship firm, the company inherits a strong foundation of domain knowledge, operational expertise, and execution capabilities. With a focus on innovation, safety, and timely delivery, our startup seeks to improve connectivity through modern construction techniques and sustainable engineering solutions. We aim to participate in government and private sector infrastructure projects, contributing to India’s growth in transportation and urban development.
