Women and girls find it increasingly meaningful to access the experience and advice of successful role models in Technology and Entrepreneurship. There is a current need to build case studies of successful women in these fields, as well as men who support the cause. These individuals have overcome different barriers in their own lives and have made it to the top. Their inspiring stories of success, their vision for women, and their passion for technology/Entrepreneurship can inspire young girls to pursue opportunities in technology and Entrepreneurship. This project includes their stories in their own words, published in an online platform as well as a magazine (if possible video-graphed) and will help aspire and inspire many women/girls that the sky is their limit! Source of Inspiration: Many of us want to be inspired, motivated by role models in our lives, learn from those who have seen it all, those who have achieved peaks in lives, those who have witnessed, harnessed a million smiles or inspired a few to do so. Indian statistics of women in STEM and Entrepreneurship are increasing but it still needs attention. Not only India but globally as well the cause needs attention. Also, there is a mindset that global women and countries have more resources hence; they are able to achieve more which is not the case. Everyone has a story that is filled with hard work and determination. In this effort, we have role models of Indian women, men and American Women and men. The goal is to work towards a world where Gender isn’t a factor and help build new and future generations of female technology entrepreneurs and to inspire many to take up STEM as a career choice.
