Staymaker is a hotel aggregator startup from Bengaluru launched in Oct'20 As an aggregator, we provide solutions to problems of both hotel partners and customers. 1. For Hotels: Today, only ~17% of the hotel inventory is available for online bookings and most of the hotel partners either do not have the required skills to manage the online business or do not find skilled resources especially in Tier 2 and Tier cities. We help budget and mid scale hotels gain online presence by a) Listing the hotel on all major OTA (Online Travel Agent) platforms and on Staymaker website/app b) Build online visibility of the hotel by improving the rank/content score of the OTA listing c) We do not charge any listing or on-boarding fees, as we would like all the hotels even in the budget and mid segment get online presence 2. For Customers: we aim to provide the best budget and quality hotel rooms at affordable prices and solve the real problems that are prevalent in today's travel industry a) We offer the best price to the customers on Staymaker platform b) We provide an option of reservation guarantee for just INR 99, where customer need not pay the whole amount at the time of booking and pay the balance booking amount at the time of check-in c) In case of non refundable booking, we do not want the customer to lose money and hence offer them an option of staying later in case they have changed their travel plan after paying full amount in advance Staymaker website
