Our Company, Steamtech Innovative Machinery Private Limited (CIN: U29306GJ2022PTC134585) is in the business of manufacturing and selling of customized dryers. In the general purpose industrial dryer such as belt dryers, silo dryers, drum dryers, one of the major problems we come across is the lack of customization in many products/commodities. The general practice is to use conventional dryers for drying which as a result proves to be very unsuitable for some products. Also, the use of general purpose dryer causes different types of working issues as it cannot be used effectively for the same product. Furthermore, one of the other problems is the High Cost of the imported dryers although being generic in nature. Also, the availability of service reduces quite a lot due to the involvement of foreign companies. Apart from that, there are no small size industrial dryers for very small home industrial units manufacturing papad and incense stick etc. We at Steamtech Innovative Machinery Private Limited, design and build dryers to cater the specific needs of the product/commodity. The concept of the use of specifically designed dryer is very useful as it provides very effective, fast, economic and optimum results. Rather than manufacturing the conventional general dryer, we develop dryers as per the requirement for the use of specific products. We have designed the specific dryers for the above-mentioned products like Cottonseed, Maize, Incense sticks, Dhoop sticks, Rice Papad, Matchsticks, Cattlefeed, leaves etc. which have proved to be suitable for the product and efficient in terms of cost, time and energy than most of the conventional dryers. Not only that, we have our manufacturing unit, wherein all the customized dryers are manufactured at a single place. Thus, the channel of intermediaries is avoided, due to which customers are at ease to buy variety of dryers at a single place. There are no competitors selling customized dryers according to needs.
