Stellapps Technologies is an IIT-Madras incubated start-up founded by a 5-member group of IIT-ians and Technologists with rich Industry experience of 100+ years with leading tech companies and is recognized as the first Indian company that offers end-to- end dairy technology solutions targeted for a wide-range of customers including dairy farmers, cooperatives, milk unions, private dairies, and dairy equipment manufacturers. Our innovative applications leverage IoT, Big Data, Cloud, Mobility, & Data Analytics to improve Agri- supply chain parameters, including milk production, procurement, cold chain, animal insurance and farmer payments. Our SmartMoo™ IoT router and in-premise IoT Controller acquire data via sensors that are embedded in Milking Systems, Animal Wearables, Milk Chilling Equipment & Milk Procurement Peripherals, and transmit the same to the Stellapps SmartMoo™ Big Data Cloud Service Delivery Platform (SDP) where the received data is analyzed and crunched before disseminating the Analytics & Data Science outcome to various stakeholders. Our offerings Stellapps’s 3 flagship Cloud-based IoT products that optimizes the milk supply chain: smartAMCU™ is a portable IoT Device and Wireless Gateway system used at Milk Collection centers are places setup by private dairies and cooperatives at the village level where farmers come to pour milk. Across India there are about 400,000 collection centers. The product facilitates real time acquisition and dissemination of milk procurement data. Contrak™ is a system built for remote monitoring of Bulk Milk Coolers (BMC) which are critical for the Milk Cold Chain in India. Parameters such as quantity of milk in the tank, temperature of the milk, fuel consumption, malfunctions, chilling sessions and cleaning are monitored based on cloud based data analytics. Better quality of milk – a result of maintaining milk temperature range between 4-6◦C (less bacterial rate, better MBRT - methyl butane reduction test), controlled cost of operations, better management, better rate realization for the milk are the benefits one gets by deploying Contrak™ for the BMCs. SmartAMS is an automated Milking System with Real-time, online Milk Measurement, Animal Health Monitoring, Heat Detection. Measured parameters such as Yield, Temperature, restlessness, heat etcetera indicates about the cows’ health, yield capacity, mastitis, sub-clinical mastitis and much more.
