Our organization aims to generate sustainable livelihood opportunities in rural areas by empowering local communities through employment-oriented initiatives. We are currently working on a model that leverages local resources, traditional skills, and regional needs to train and engage rural populations in income-generating activities at the village level.At present, this idea is at the research and planning stage. We are exploring various sectors such as agro-based industries, handicrafts, packaging, marketing of local products, and small service-based enterprises to identify feasible employment avenues. The goal is to design a structured model that enables rural youth to become self-reliant and economically independent.This startup envisions the principle of "Employment in Villages, Development in Villages", and we are focused on building an innovative and socially impactful solution to bring this vision to life. Currently, the project is in the Ideation Stage, involving research, stakeholder consultation, ecosystem mapping, and feasibility assessment.
