STFT Finance Pvt Ltd (STFT) is a Non-Bank Finance Company (NBFC), which is based out of Gurgaon. STFT was incorporated in May 2019 and received the certificate of registration from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to operate as an NBFC in September 2019. The company is promoted by Diwakar Pundir, a first generation entrepreneur who has extensive experience in the Banking and NBFC industries, having worked with very well established and large financial institutions for nearly 2 decades. STFT offers short term and long-term loans to meet the working capital, capital expenditure and other investment requirements of entrepreneurs in the Small and Micro segments. This segment of entrepreneurs has a very limited access to credit from the organized lending system in India and thus STFT plays an important part in enabling and increasing financial inclusion.
