1. To carry on the business as designers, developers, buyers, sellers, importers, exporters and dealers in all kinds of computer software, computer technology and information technology products including cloud-hosted business platforms and computer application products, systems, peripherals and materials, and to undertake the business of system and network integration and development, product application and development, computer maintenance and technical support services, internet access, networking, and electronic media, telecommunication and web commerce application services. 2. To carry on the business of consultancy and advise in designing, developing, installing, implementing and operating all kinds of software/ information technology projects and rendering technical services, business transformation projects and assistance for start-up, commencement, and expansion program and to act as technical and software development consultants in India and abroad. 3. To undertake information technology project consultancy and services and to enter into any arrangements for providing turnkey project, including the supply of technical, civil, financial, administrative, commercial services and technical know-how, transfer of technology, information, knowledge, expertise and experience and as such to undertake for and on behalf of the clients to set up works, projects and all kinds of software development facility in or outside India and undertake market research and service, feasibility studies and reports, sales counseling, export promotion, and such other related activities in India and abroad. 4. To establish, maintain, manage, conduct, provide, procure or make available computer software/hardware services of every kind including commercial, statistical, financial, accountancy, management, educational, engineering, data processing, computer training and educational centers, communication and other technological/social services, competence centers, technical support centers, business and information technology centers, computer audit, quality assurance services and recruitment and placement of software personnel in India or abroad. 5. To undertake research and development in the field of information technology and to establish, provide, maintain and operate research laboratories, workshops, projects, and programs. 6. To carry on all or any of the following business activities relating to the provisions of Electronic Commerce services to Business Organizations either directly or through collaboration, joint venture, or under licenses and/ or trade agreements. E-mail services, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Enhanced telefax Services, Electronic Information Services i.e., database Services to support commercial exchanges, other intercompany network applications and for the above purposes, to establish, in India, Messaging backbone network interconnecting different parts of the country in a phase manner and to import such hardware, software and/ or technology from time to time as may be required. 7. To provide Electronic Commerce Solutions and services but not limited to meet the requirements of the following EDI Services, Integrated Electronic Mail and messaging, Electronic Funds Transfer, Corporate Purchasing services, Electronic Bulletin Boards, Electronic Marketing Services, Electronic Information, and Data Base Services, X. 500 Directory Services, voice mail, Data Comm. and other Services using VSAT’s, Audiotex and videotext Services, Video Conferencing, enhanced Fax services, other intercompany networks applications such as File transfers, remote login facilities, Protocol conversion services, Workflow, and Workgroup services, Providing Messaging based Information Exchanges, Provide mail-enabled applications, Design, Build, and manage and information superhighway which includes standardized X.400/ X. 500 and other mail standards Messaging infrastructure with features(as may be available) from time .
