StudentCosy wants to build a digital platform to provide a unique experience for student accommodation. The main objective of this platform is to bring the house owners and students under the same platform so that arrangement of accommodation could be easy without paying any third party brokerage fee. We are a highly motivated team who have faced the same challenges of finding accommodation before and ready to do what it takes to change the way of students finding. Our team connects to trusted Landlords to enlist their own property for students in our portal, which makes finding accommodations for Students seamless and easy. We believe quality of life is what every student strives to achieve. Our Team’s aim is to help students relocate to other cities that offer them the best quality of life, that's why we think it is important to share our market knowledge and information, providing relevant studies for students that want to relocate to other cities for study or preparation for competitive exams. We value time – We experienced that it takes many days to find a real home in other cities especially when most of the properties are restricted for Students. Hence, we decided to do something about it. Our listings include real and verified photos and videos of real homes. This way, students don’t need to visit them! They can rent a place months in advance, knowing exactly what they were searching when they arrive. which makes our business model unique and different from other hospitality companies is its standardized hospitality services. StudentCosy focuses more on user experience rather than only rented room availability and prices. Hence, To become StudentCosy’s partners, every Landlord has to meet a set of guidelines for services, pricing, staff quality, features of rooms, security, etc.
