SubhMedi is a mobile-based B2B platform built to streamline India’s pharmaceutical supply chain by connecting pharmacies and medical distributors across the country. Focused on compliance, SubhMedi allows pharmacies and medical distributors to upload, manage, and track essential regulatory documents while receiving timely alerts for license expirations. A two-way compliance verification system enables both pharmacies and distributors to confirm each other’s license status before entering into business, ensuring trust and reducing regulatory risks. SubhMedi offers multilevel search functionality. Pharmacies can search distributors based on the companies they deal with, location, and offerings. Distributors can find new pharmacy partners based on their location and compliance status. This smart discovery system helps create reliable supply relationships, especially in underserved and rural areas. The platform contributes to public health by ensuring medicines are sourced only from verified, licensed businesses. It supports small and independent pharmacies by improving their access to reliable distributors, helping them remain competitive in a digital-first market. SubhMedi is designed to scale nationwide and can integrate with government systems like CDSCO or state FDAs in future versions to automate compliance checks. SubhMedi aligns with India’s Digital Health Mission and supports MSME growth, job creation, and transparency in the pharmaceutical sector. In future phases, anonymized compliance and usage data may assist government bodies in identifying regional gaps and improving supply chain resilience. SubhMedi aims to strengthen India’s pharma infrastructure through secure, location-based, and compliant digital connections.
