Suchama AI builds agentic AI employees for supply chain and production planning. Suchama tells manufacturing plants what, when, and how much to produce to meet customer orders on time while managing raw material inventory levels and maximizing manufacturing margins. It then autonomously executes these decisions by communicating with suppliers and production stakeholders, fulfilling demand, minimizing changeovers, and saving on daily wages. Our vision goes beyond planning. We aim to redefine the manufacturing process itself. By embedding AI-driven, self-optimizing workflows into factory operations, we will create a new global standard for manufacturing excellence on par with Six Sigma and JIT, delivering consistently higher margins, faster response to demand volatility, and a streamlined, more adaptive manufacturing ecosystem. Suchama AI (patented USPTO: 19/272,089 & 202441054583 (India)) is live in two major Indian manufacturing groups, Dixon Technologies and Spark Minda, across multiple factories for the past 4–6 months. For manufacturing, it’s believed that factory processes are too complex, unique, and messy to be automated at scale. Each plant runs on different workflows, domain knowledge, and inconsistent data, making people think scalable AI is impractical. From our work inside factories, we’ve seen why this problem has been overlooked: most solutions fail because they can’t handle last-minute changes in volatile demand, raw material availability, unplanned machine-maintenance, or manpower-shortages, which directly impact revenue, supply chain, and delivery. We’ve found that the needle that moves OpEx in manufacturing is planning.
