Introduction Sunaina Memorial Foundation, was established on 3rd June 2020 with registered office at House No 270, Indraprastha Colony, Adityapur Industrial Area, Opposite of Indo Danish Tool Room, Jamshedpur, Seraikella Kharsawan , Jharkhand - 832109. The said company has 3 Directors and first promoter with Chairmen cum Managing Director Smt. Dipu Kumari (B.E) having a DIN N0. 08564435 Mr. Amit Kumar (M.E) having a DIN No. 08564434 and Smt. Veena Singh DIN No. 08564436 (Chartered Accountant in practice) with Corporate Identification No. CIN NO - U80902JH2020NPL014361 License No: 118681 Dated: 03rd June 2020, with object of, 1. To initiate, carry out, execute, implement, aid and assist activities towards skill development in the various sector in India and meeting the entire value chain’s requirements of appropriately trained manpower in quantity and quality on a sustained and evolving basis. 2. To develop a skill development plan for the Sector and maintain skill inventory. 3. To determine skills/competency standards and qualifications in consonance with the Sector norms. 4. To plan and execute training of trainers. 5. To promote academies of excellence. 6. To establish a well-structured Sector specific labour market information system (“LMIS”) to assist planning and delivery of training. 7. To facilitate in standardizing the affiliation and accreditation process for the Sector. 8. To coordinate participation of social partners, employers in the private sector, training providers, professional societies and NGOs/civil society groups in the process of skill development for the Sector. 9. To identify the skill development needs of the Sector, review international trends in Sector skill development and identify Sector skill gaps and technology. 10. To do and undertake the task of educational and vocational skill upgrade for the Sector. 11. Facilitate in setting up a robust and stringent certification and accreditation process for the Sector to ensure consistency and acceptability of standards. 12. To provide, establish, endow, maintain, control and manage the proposed school and to perform all acts and to do all things necessary for or conducive to the promotion of the proposed school. 13. To establish, develop, maintain and manage hostel for the residence of the students of the proposed school. 14. To aid the upgrading of the proposed school to higher levels of education. 15. To prepare, introduce, supervise and amend curricula, syllabi and other programme regarding the education of the students in the aforesaid school. 16. To create teaching, administrative, technical, ministerial and other posts required for running the proposed school and to make appointments and promotions thereto. 17. To arrange for the training of the staff of the proposed school. 18. To constitute Committees as may be deemed fit for improving the functioning of the school and to prescribe their powers, functions, tenure etc. 19. To acquire, hold and dispose of the property in any manner whatsoever for the purpose of the proposed school. 20. To construct, improve, alter, demolish repair and maintain any building or buildings for the purpose of the proposed school. 21. To deal with the property belonging to the proposed school in such manner as may be deemed fit for advancing any of the objectives of the aforesaid school. 22. To give pension, gratuities or charitable aids to teachers, staff and other employees or ex-employees of the proposed school or to their wives, children and other dependents, to make payment towards insurance and to form and contribute to provident and benefit funds for the benefit of any person employed by the proposed school or of the wives, children or relatives or dependents of such persons. 23. To maintain a fund to which shall be created: i) All grants received from the Government. ii) All fees and other charges received from the students. iii) All moneys received by way of gifts, donations, benefactions, bequests or transfer, and iv) All moneys received in any other manner or from any other source. 24. To subscribe to or to become a member of or to take over or to cooperate or amalgamate with any other organization, institution or association having objects wholly or in part similar to those of the proposed school, and to aid any other school in such a manner as the proposed educational Society deems fit. 25. To fix and arrange to collect such fees and other charges as may be laid down by the Rules and Regulations under them. 26. To deposit all moneys credited to the fund mentioned above in such banks or to invest in such a manner as the proposed Society may decide. 27. To borrow or raise moneys with or without securities or on the security of a mortgage, charge, hypothecation or pledge, over all or any of the immovable or movable properties belonging to the proposed school or in any other manner whatsoever. 28.
