Our mission is to help healthcare providers to serve people better. A smartphone application with patient, doctor and provider portal: -Connects the patient with the hospital. -Tells patient about treatment options/tests recommended/ medications prescribed, according to diagnosis, along with pros and cons so that shared decision making is facilitated. -AI-based automated appointment system with a choice to the patient for choosing an appointment time. -Making documentation easier for the provider by simple forms, voice recognition and digital personal assistant. -Establishes care continuum by providing reminders for treatment adherence, home care training, and monitoring of home-care and treatment adherence. · A web-based platform that helps in collecting medical demographic data of individuals and providing a platform for self-training and volunteer training for home care of mild COVID19 cases. It also builds a bridge between patients and providers to facilitate teleconsultation by the doctors and timely referral to institutionalized facilities if needed.· We intend to provide web-based home care training to the families and voluntary caregivers of affected COVID19 patients with mild symptoms as the whole nation is in lockdown state.·Secondly, we shall provide training and effective guidelines for general health, mental health, occupational health, pet care information and asymptomatic carriers.·The Data shared on Synsalus is authentic, taken from CDC, WHO and MoHFW which is verified by Doctors as well as faculty members of Manav Rachna Dental College.·We also intend to conduct interviews with various doctors and make people aware of situations to reduce panic and to reach out to maximum people.
